PRODUCT INFORMATION

PCR Mix System is 2 times of the concentration of PCR pre-mixed solution, which can be directly diluted to standard concentration. Just with adding template and primer, PCR reaction system can be quickly and easily completed, it will reduce pollution and operating errors in the experiment. The PCR product of 3' end contains A, it could be directly used for T/A cloning .
