[PRODUCT INFORMATION]

Cloud clone Fast blue Protein Stain solution is a kind of ready-made coomassie protein staining agent used for polyacrylamide gel. The protein can be colored as quickly as possible within 15 minutes, with a stable and long-lasting color rendering effect and a clear background. Mix the reagents into a bottle and use them as needed. The color development process is solved in one step, without the need for fixation, cleaning, or destaining, making it simple and fast.

[STORAGE AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY]

Store at 4℃ for 12 months.

[RECONSTITUTION]

1. Directly pour the protein fast staining solution into a container containing SDS-PAGE gel and immerse the gel (usually a small piece of 12 well gel, with a dosage of about 25ml);

2. After standing still for staining, clear bands can be seen after about 15 minutes, and the staining time can be appropriately extended according to the actual situation without affecting the staining results;

3. To achieve the desired dyeing purpose, simply remove the adhesive and proceed to the next step.

[IMPORTANT NOTES]

1. Please follow laboratory procedures during use to avoid contamination with other reagents.

2.  Under low temperature conditions, some precipitation may occur. If precipitation is found, please place it in a 37 ℃ water bath until completely dissolved before use. For your safety and health, please wear laboratory clothes and disposable gloves for operation.
