NGAL(Neutrophilgelatinase-Associated Lipocalin), a Marker of Nephropathy of Immunological Detection
NGAL (neutrophilgelatinase-associated lipocalin) widely exists in human tissues, such asbronchial, stomach, small intestine, pancreas, kidney, prostate gland, thymus, etc.Inrecent years, it's found that NGAL is closely related to nephropathy. Manyexperimental and clinical data have shown that the expression of NGAL greatlyincreased after kidney injury. NGAL has been considered as a novel biochemicalmarker in early nephropathy. It is significant to prepare thespecific anti-NGALantibody and establish its immune detection system.
Cloud-CloneCorp. has developed recombinant human NGAL (RPB388Hu01), which is expressed in prokaryotic system. There are anti-NGALmonoclonal antibody (MAB388Hu22), polyclonal antibody (MAB388Hu22) and labelled antibody (PAB388Hu71、PAB388Hu81), as well.
The experimental data of WB and IHC forthe specificity of the antibodies is shown in Fig.1
Afterestablishing the optimum working conditions by chessboard titration withthe antigen and antibodies. Cloud-CloneCorp. has developed the quantitative detection ELISA kit (SEB388Hu) and CLIA kit (SCB388Hu). The detection range of thekit (SEB388Hu) is from 0.156 to 10ng/mL. The minimum detectable dose of this kit is typically lessthan 0.069 ng/mL. The recovery range is 78-102%. It is strictlycontrolled for the kits' quality of its linearity, stability, intraand inter CV%.
The published literature ofthe kit (SEB388Hu) for detection of NGALis up to 11. Relativearticles are shown below for references.
