  • Modeling MethodFeeding adult golden hamster with ingredients with Keyes 2000 formula (fructose 56%, 28% of flour, flour 6%, yeast 4%, alfalfa powder 3%, animal liver powder 1%, salt 2%) and a small amount of vegetables, 6 weeks later the microscopic pathological histological observation showed that there is the formation of periodontal pouch under epithelial cell proliferation to the enamel under the bone; inflammatory areas can be seen with white blood cell infiltration, increased vascular lacunae, bone surface osteoclasts also increased. Suggesting that Keyes 2000 formulations can form experimental periodontitis.
