- Organism SpeciesMus musculus (Mouse) Same name, Different species.
- Prototype SpeciesHuman
- SourceInduced by duovirus
- Model Animal StrainsBalb/c Mice(SPF), healthy, male, age: 4~6weeks, body weight:18g~20g.
- Modeling GroupingRandomly divided into six group: Control group, Model group, Positive drug group and Test drug group.
- Modeling Period4-6 weeks
- Modeling MethodKM mice, 7 week old were infected with Human Wa strain and Ganges RIver monkey RVSA11 strain, each animal were treated with 150 uL containing 1X10^4 virus, or containing 1x10^6 virus by oral liquid is poured into the animal stomach, after infection, each animal isolated feeding observation. After 6 Days, RV antigen could be detected in mice feces; 8 h after inoculation, mice can produce pathological changes, manifested as intestinal villus cell swelling, reducing the number of cells, the top of the pile microvilli arranged in disorder; when a large number of virus replication, in ileum epithelial cells were detected in virus particles from the cytoplasm the rough endoplasmic reticulum to budding, but 3days later intestinal villi begin to regenerate.
