- Modeling Method1. Killed the pregnant rats(21 days of pregnancy), open the abdominal cavity, bilateral uterine horn with 4 hemostatic forceps. Cover the uterus with sterile gauze soaked in 37 degrees of normal saline to keep the local temperature and humidity of uterus. After 5 min, open the uterus immediately, remove the young rat, tear the fetal membrane, wipe the mouth and nose of newborn rats with dry cotton balls, then placed in 37 degrees constant temperature water bath box for warmth.
2. When the rats skin turned from pale pink, the body began to stretch, autonomous rhythmic breathing, as if in standard survival; if the body soft, color is white, can not breathe independently for death, to give up the rescue.
